Caroline MacGillivray is the Founder and Executive Director of Beauty Night. In the 16 years since its creation, Beauty Night has done well over 60,000 life-makeovers for women who live in poverty. The concept was born out of a request from various domestic violence survivors who wanted to look and feel fabulous. Caroline shares how she got started and the beautiful things that are happening within the organization on this episode.
