256: Fulfilling the Needs of Our Disabled Veterans — Tim Combs with Americans for Independent Living

Unfortunately, the VA doesn’t give quick enough assistance for our veterans.

Tim Combs is the Executive Director and Founder of Americans for Independent Living (AFIL).  Although not a veteran himself, Tim is dedicated to providing comfortable housing for our disabled veterans and for those who are at risk of being homeless. Founded in 2015, AFIL has seen a ton of success and growth within the community as Tim continues to be an advocate for better healthcare services for those who have served our country.
